Yes. To be clear, the Xbox Jacket, Xbox Controller, the two Xbox emotes and the good set of consumable rewards were not part of the March monthly reward but are seemingly always given for the first month of a person's subscription. This means the most Xbox-leaning content in the game is amusingly completely available to PC players as all things should be.
For anyone who's Xbox Live / Xbox / Windows 10 / Microsoft account (or whatever it's being called this year) hasn't had an Ultimate subscription before, the first month is $1, £1, 1€ or probably similar in whatever your local currency is, but remember to cancel recurring billing before it renews unless you're interested in the offering.

They dont appear for me on perks. I believe that its cuz im not from the US, so something weird happens with it even though I have my region set to US
Ahh Sorry I appreciate it because that might answer some ones question if they have issues with redeeming from outside us

I redeemed outside of North America by using the Xbox Gamepass App on my phone. I went into it and changed the app language/region to US, and the perks showed up then. I also had to use a US VPN.
Does not seem to work with the PC App.
Where do I find "Perks"?
Edit: I see now I was using Xbox Console Companion and not Xbox (Beta)
I got the Ultimate package but for some reason my Premium set pass vanished. I also bought the Sonic collab pack, which contained another Premium set pass and I used that one. Could it have used both without me knowing? It still says that I only have a month of premium in the ESC menu.
