So i mess up on one character so i decided on deleting him but in due so have to wait an 24 hours wait till it fully deleted. but i couldnt wait so i wanted to create a new character so i have to buy extra slot. in doing so i was able to create an additional character total 4. but now since the other character just got deleted its three. but when i try to create another character it told me i have to buy an extra slot. like what the hell. please address this issue and see to it. please and thank you

You can have a total of 3 characters. Any other character you make costs money. You do NOT get a slot when buying a character. When you go to delete a character, it even states that if you already have 4 characters, your character creation permit is NOT returned and must be purchased again to make a 4th character again.
