So I'm going to post the best MAG for free players that don't want to spend AC.
MEL, RNG, or TEC needs to be a total of 150 or 100 (This is base off race and class you want to use.)
DEX needs to be 50 or100
This MAG will work for main and sub Braver, Bouncer, Hero (not sub-able), Phantom (sub-able), and Etoile (sub-able) Class.
Braver, Bouncer, and Phantom use DEX
Hero and Etoile use MEL, RAG, or TEC

Braver MAG = DEX Converts to MEL and RNG 100%

Hero MAG = Converts Total attack stats and redistributes them into MEL, RNG and TEC 100%

Example 1 - 100 MEL, 25 RNG, 25 TEC, 50 DEX

So right now I'm playing with 50/50/50/50 base mag, and so far working really well.
Food Devices Mini -Strike (MEL) x12, Technique (TEC) x12, DEX x12, and Shoot (RNG) x14
One Level 0 Mag
First step, feed 5 Tech(TEC) Food Mini.
Second step, feed 4 Strike(MEL) Food Mini.
Third step, feed 4 Shoot(RNG) Food Mini.
Fourth step, feed 12 DEX Food Mini.
Fifth step, feed all the remaining Tech(TEC) Food Mini.
Sixth step, feed all the remaining Strike(MEL) Food Mini.
Seventh step, feed all the remaining Shoot(RNG) Food Mini.
You should have PP Recovery E and J appear after following these steps.
Feed your mag to level 200, you can reset your mag level with the unwanted stat with ex-cubes exchange for 5 ex-cubes.

PP Recovery E
Greatly increases your PP Recovery Rate when your PB gauge is filled, effect lasts for a short while.
PP Recovery J
Greatly increases your PP Recovery Rate at a short interval, effect lasts for a short while.
