That prompt just says that you already ran powershell from the PSO2 install location, Now- just copy the power shell over to your Tweaker install folder and run it from there.

@DDDDLife I did that but doesnt solve the problem, running it again inside the tweaker folder still wont make the game go pass (ms-xbl-78a72674) issue. It still pops up for me.

The way I fixed the issue was to end the Tweaker process in task manager. And then updating the Xbox /console companion apps,After doing that I ran the MS store fix powershell twice(in the PSO2.exe install destination). Then I restarted my rig and lo and behold it worked.Dunno if this helps you out but figured I give my results. Good luck fellow ARKS op!
