No, but, there's still some Episode 3 content left to be released. Summary of future content to be released (I tried to avoid spoilers in that summary, like boss names):

With 3 major urgent quests left to be released, there's a chance Episode 4 could happen around mid~late July?

Don't count on that, the Gunblade class is coming out around September or so, I would expect the NA version to be on Episode 5 content by then. I think the NA version reaching parity with JP could happen in the "Not Ep7" update later this year or even after that.
