2 issues I have seen possibly linked but one issue is that I cant recive party invites, if I get sent an invite I dont see it and I cant accept the invitation, the only way I ever know that I got sent one is that I see the timeout cancelled message. the other issue that I have is that I can't see other players in my area/party send chat messages in game and i'm pretty sure they can't see mine either.

This is the same issue I am having. No one has any input here? People keep bringing up the xbox mute thing but that is not the issue here.

If neither user has the other muted, the issue is with your Windows 10/XBOX One privacy settings on your xbox.com account (same account as the Microsoft Account you use to log-in to the game)
