Even though it's not listed anywhere, I swear that her English VA is Karen Carbone. She sounds identical to Moira Brown from Fallout 3. Even the "Oh, Take car now!" is the same.
I just thought it was cool that I actually recognized a VA in a game for once. I usually miss this stuff.
