I was trying to download the game but I can't at all, and I can't even find it in the store if I search it.

That's the alert I get:

Basically it says that is not available.

I'm from Italy, but I read the game isnt region locked, isnt it?

You have to change your region to US for the game to show. You can change your region back once you've got the game. It won't prevent you from playing (I'm playing from UK)
