I am not living in NA and I would like to purchase the founders pack.
Microsoft store is telling me I dont live in the right region to purchase it, even if my windows is located in the United States.
I used a hotel in the USA as invoice address, I receive this message:
What am I missing?
Because your card isn't issued in the US. Only way, as far as i know to buy AC, packs and other stuff for us outside the US, is to buy a US Xbox gift card. You can get these off Amazon(.com) as digital codes, which you can then redeem on the Windows Store.
Region locking in 2020 is dumb ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
