Please add payment method for Global Players ... Currently can`t purchase any AC through microsoft store

They can't since it is officially licensed exclusively for USA and Canada. They would have to license it in other regions in order to allow them to pay for services. That is just how Microsoft works. If your game isn't licensed for a particular area, MS will NOT allow payments from that area.
