  • First step, feed 5 Tech Food Mini.

  • Second step, feed 4 Strike(MEL) Food Mini.

  • Third step, feed 4 Shoot(RNG) Food Mini.

  • Fourth step, feed 12 Dex Food Mini.

  • Fifth step, feed all the remaining Tech Food Mini.

  • Sixth step, feed all the remaining Strike(MEL) Food Mini.

  • Seventh step, feed all the remaining Shoot(RNG) Food Mini.

You should have PP Recovery E and J appear after following these steps.

Feed your mag to level 200, you can reset your mag level with the unwanted stat with excubes exchange for 5 excubes.
