Can I Make Camera Controllers Different for M+K and Controller?

I need to use Y-inverted camera when using a controller, but use standard for mouse. The camera control options in game appear to force it across the board. I'd like to be able to use M+K for classes that can make proper use of OTS but this is proving frustrating for when I'm compelled to use standard view. Is there a way to change a camera control one way specifically to mouse and another specifically to controller because there doesn't seem to be in the game's options? Is there an ini file I can tweak buried somewhere in the atrocious anti-user apps approach the Windows store uses that I can actually find and change?
