Can I get game pass ultimate and claim the perks as a pc player?

Yes, you just need to own Game Pass ultimate and be in the US and then redeem the code to your Xbox Live name. You can do it outside the US but it's fiddly to do.

Yup just download the xbox desktop app, make sure your pso2 email is the same as the xbox one, get the ultimate gamer pass, then look for perks
