What is this item and where can it be farmed? Looks like I need 50 to turn in for a Psycho Wand.

i believe this type drops from the dark falz urgent quest. i believe using rare drop boosts will increase these as well.

@radiofr33 yes, it comes from Urgent Quests related to Falz and is not currently farmable due to trigger quests not being in the game.
