Outside of the launch issues

The game is really great! I just hope that players will understand this. Yes people are mad about fresh start, not being able to download it and low performance.

The madder the person is because the person wants to enjoy the product but are encountering issues if they didn't they would just move along.

I appreciate that the gms/cms are making a better effort at communication. If I could request one thing, Theirs stuff on pso2.com thats not on facebook/twitter or even the launcher and vis versa. I understand this adds to your workload but its less of a scavenger hunt to find the information.

Yeah I mean at the very end of the day, people just want to play the game. It's why we are all here.

Glad to see everyone have the same love for the game as I do. Here's to a better relationship with the NA devs.

I have been very upset about the launch of this game and I have said "that's it I'm not trying to fix this anymore" but I keep trying later on because I really want this to work. Played the game a few days back just playing in the casino having fun. But it crashed and I got some bugs going on. BUT I think this game is fun and I dropped FF XIV a while back and this game seems better and I haven't even done much.

That's unfortunate, I can only state that they're going through fixes. Along with the previous stated fact they're working with Microsoft to come up with resolutions.

My condolences, I hope they find a fix for you.
