I used to play on pc with the tweaker and had a segaID. Now that the game is out in the NA i can't access my character/account on the english version of the game. is the a way to get my character back or does the english version is on a different server?

Yes, the NA version is a different server shared with the Xbox version. The JP server is entirely separate from this(and in fact running a different update of the game - we're quite a bit behind). Characters and progression are tied to your Microsoft/Xbox Live account rather than a SegaID.
