JP hasn't even had a revival on the Hero Scarf or the Wild Scarf and it came out in 2013. NA scratches are just slightly modified versions of JP scratches (Our Persona scratch is a mashup of all three Persona scratches spaced out over a year in JP for example) so we won't be getting it again.

umm im not sure if youve actually checked the AC scratch lists for jp but both scarfs are featured once every 2 years in the Acceossries scratches from what ive seen.
