Hi Everyone, when the game loads up I logged into my xbox account - then I press enter. A white box with nothing in appears and nothing happens.

That looks like the xbox window that pops up the first time you hit enter. For me, it took about half a minute to show up to confirm my account. If you already did that, there might be something wrong with your XBOX services not starting properly. You can type service into your computer's search and open that, then see what xbox services are running, what are stopped, and what is set to manual.

Are you possibly running a VPN? There seems to be issues when trying to use the Windows Store / Xbox Live with VPNs.

Getting the same thing, im not running a VPN

Fixed by running Xbox Live settings, I just hit the search function bottom left to find it.

It found errors and fixed them for me.
