ESC to open menu, go to Personal data (Bottom Center) -> select "Titles/ARKS ID" -> Edit -> Preview

@GrayestTundra4 If you are in an Alliance, it will display your Player ID in the members list; you can open your ARKS Card in the Menu and it will show your Player ID; you can change the overhead display from the Quick Menu to show your Player ID.
