I believe the anti cheat is detecting Netlimiter 4 as cheating software I have it open and get "An unexpected error occurred [ NP1013 ]" I exit Netlimiter 4 and the game works fine but soon after i open it i get the error

Can confirm that this is an issue. Days of troubleshooting gone after just closing this program.

It isn't a false positive or anything. GameGuard doesn't only block cheating programs. It also blocks other things related to network traffic so it doesn't interfere with the game or its servers.

THANK YOU for posting this. I too have used NetLimiter for years, simply closing the windows tray program solved the problem with NP1013. I had given up til I found this post. Cheers!
