I've seen a few people with the same problem but no solution. Launcher works fine, hit start, game guard pops up few seconds in the corner, Pso2 splash box in the middle, both disappear and nothing happens next. Anyone have any luck with a fix?

Try disabling antivirus / windows defender etc. Avast av even deletes some files after launch.
