Possible Install Fix - Windows 10

Apparently, UAC (User Account Control) may be affecting security rights during the installation. Even if you say yes/accept.

Turning off UAC and running the installation has been proven to work flawlessly by 3 people that I know of. Looking for more input.

PS: Disabling UAC puts your computer at risk to some degree. Do so at your own risk.

More that likely it will re-enable after a Microsoft update by itself as many features do and it will cause the game to re-download itself again as many are experiencing. This may be a quick band-aid for now but it's not a long-term solution. They're going to have to fix things on their end. (like take it out of the Microsoft store and place it somewhere that works)

Yea Windows 10 and its mandatory updates are annoying. Thankfully, with Windows 10 Pro you can disable Windows updates permanently using Group policy. Without windows 10 pro, you have to disable the Windows update service, but it'll re-enable itself after you restart your system.
