Is there any way to purchase from the cash shop from the eu?

I think you gotta buy a XBOX gift card from Amazon or whatever. Making sure your region is set to USA when you use it in Microsoft store.

Need to change region on hotmail account, buy a xbox usd giftcard and put in a NA adress right before buying.
