I have the game installedfine and it works, so I bought the sonic collab pack using my internet browser (not form in game, it just directs you to your windows store anyway)

And now when it tris to 'insteall' the sonic pack as if it was a dlc, it just coems up with error.

Base game is stiull working fine, but got nothing that I paid for.

Any ideas? Error 0x80073CF9. DOes not install the collab pack.

I am in the same situation but i did get the items. Check your mail, the reason of this error I am assuming is because windows store thinks its something downloadable when its actually just items for your account
