Where are the SEGA Employees?!

Where are all of you? Hopefully the complete lack of any type of empathetic response to any number of our hundreds of problems simply means that you all are too busy programming and decoding error messages to spend roughly 30 seconds it takes to complete 1 forum response and put some of our mind's at ease? Plethora of issues, 0 communication, 0 fix, no chance to test previously. I most likely will still purchase premium because I love the JP version that much, but seriously...somebody needs to make a comment.
