Code: 0x80073CF3 when installing from windows store

This is the error i keep getting. I've tried resetting the the windows store and some other methods, so far nothing has worked. i really wanna play this game.

What drive did you install this game in ?

I've tried multiple drives. C, D, F. they all have space. doesn't work on any of them.

I might suggest the second link much more highly, just some quick stuff I found from searching for fixes for you. You'd probably be better off on a microsoft help forum for this issue though.

I've spent way too many hours on this to no avail. not a single website helps. not even the windows ones. I'm just gonna go play other games, thanks for trying to help me.

This wouldn't have been a problem if they allowed us to download it directly from their website like every other game.

True but they were probably paid good money by microsoft to do things this way so here we are

Hi! I had this same problem and spent all day trying to fix it. I can't guarantee it'll fix it for you, but here's hoping. I tried a lot of different things, the same things listed in the links a few posts above, but just like you, none of them really worked for me. So I tried some of them multiple times. That said, here's how I fixed this error:

I did this: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/8239-re-register-microsoft-store-app-windows-10-a.html After that, I made sure that on the Microsoft Store (browser), I had PSO2 purchased. You have to add it to your cart and buy it for $0.00. Make sure you restart your computer. Once you restart your computer, don't try to start the download from your Microsoft Store library! Instead, go back to the browser store PSO2 link (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/phantasy-star-online-2/9p1rsq5mgpcr) and hit 'install/play'. That did the trick for me and I was finally able to download the 11gigs and get to the launcher.

I also made sure to have the latest update of Windows 10 (ver. 1909) Hopefully this helped you some! I have no idea why this finally fixed it for me.

Yeah I'm stuck in the same boat. reinstalled this game 5 times. Now i got this problem? why? how?

Been having the same issue here. I finally got it downloading this morning however. Try opening the Xbox Live Companion and ensure you are logged in. Keep the Xbox window open while you try to download, and keep it open if it starts. No clue why but after trying this and keeping the Xbox Live Companion open it started to download without error.

same issue here tryed every single fix i can come across. posted in the microsoft fourms to try and get help and was just given a list of the same fixes that didnt work the fist time.
