So I just got the sonic collaboration last night around 2am and it says that the game does not run on my pc, I then did a pc update only to find out after waking up that it still doesn't run on my pc. How do I get pso2 to recognize my pc as a playable device so I can install it?

Did you ever get this problem fixed? I'm currently having this issue too. About to give up on this and hope they just release it on Steam. Super disappointed with this entire thing.

@PkDirt Are you sure you are updated to the latest Windows build (1909)? If you can't update to it through normal means, you can use the Windows 10 Update Assistant program from MS to assist you in getting it.
