Literally runs like crap like a slideshow in the lobbies despite my beefy pc. What the heck is going on here?

Updated windows to latest version still runs terrible.

experiencing the same, it looks like an old game @1080p , couldn't find a way to increase graphics, enable 4k or HDR, definitely looks nothing like my xbox x even though my pc is better than it.

I play the game in borderless windows so it's forced to go into 4K resolution and runs buttery smooth. I have nearly the exact same specs as OP.

Same problem, rtx2080 with a 4k hdr monitor and can't run beyond 1080p

About the stuttering in the lobbies, someone is reporting on reddit that the newest NVidia drivers fixes the stuttering. https://www.reddit.com/r/PSO2/comments/grm0t2/psa_update_your_nvidia_drivers/

From what I've seen on streams of the NA version it's really bad in the lobby, the JP PC version doesn't stutter as much as that...

Turn off raytracing

Yea the lobby stutter is REAL bad, cranking down reflections/detail seems to help a little

This is how you increase the resolution. Not sure why we can’t do this by default, but that method works. Change the 1920x1080 to the appropriate resolution.
