I live in Brazil, and never had any problems like this one, even when the game was NA exclusive, as i click on the windows store in my browser it's completely normal, so it gives me the option to "GET" the game, but as it leads me to my Desktop WS it says its unavailable, how come? i tried everything but it seems to be impossible, i am really frustrated by this, was really hoping to hop in and have a blast w/ friends but im starting to reconsider.

Try putting it in your cart in the microsoft web store and checking out (should be 0 dollars), and see if it's then under your library in the app.
