I just downloaded the game and ran the patcher on 2 different computers with no issue, but on the 3rd we ran into an error where we can't run the patcher after we download the game... all 3 of us have the exact same computer and specs...

The error when launching the exe. is :

C:/ProgramFiles/WindowsApps/Mutable/100B7A24.oxyna_1.0.7.0_x64_wyfsmff9ynw7j/pso2startup.exe

File system error: (-2015294512)

So, I ended up making him a microsoft outlook account, and then tried to run the exe. from the microsoft store logged in, and that worked.
