Don’t know the name of the character/user because it won’t let me access it anymore. But my 10th bookmarked fashion look is crashing my client. Doesn’t show anything—just locks up makes a weird noise and then crashes my client to the Xbox home screen.

I wish I could provide more detailed information but it just won’t let me see the name of the user. This is on Ship2.

I would open a support and record screenshot what you can. That would be the best option to see if they can resolve it.
