So, before our most recent maintenance the alliance tree was not that tiny sapling that you can see in these images. As you can see, it clearly allows us to take an attack up buff at level 8 but upon taking it it is actually level 1. We have tried leveling up other buffs of the tree in an attempt to see if that would fix the problem, but that doesn't work. Other members have reported this already through submitted tickets but we have not had a response yet.
