I am not sure if there is already this functionality on the forums , if there is maybe make it more prominent.

I think it'd be really nice to track the GM / Community Manager responses in the forums. A lot of times, they provide interesting and valuable insight in topics that I typically wouldn't look into.

Even a tag, on a subject that a GM has responded like the wow forums, or a feed similar to the swtor forums.

Click on either administrators or global moderators. A feed of their posts will be displayed.

To add to @coldreactive 's information, you can also follow the individual GMs that you want to be alerted of when they post (i think that what it do).
