PC Hype! Soon (tm) What Ship and Class will you be starting your adventure with?

@Miraglyth Also you should hit your 2 passive crit/tech skills with the radius upgrade. I like to use the aura blast to give the team support. Works fantastic.

@Miraglyth For the shift derivatives of the Jet Boot PAs to cast the Shifta/Deband/Zanverse, you do need to actually have those Techs learned, otherwise they don't cast them.

I didn't have Zanverse, but I did have both Shifta and Deband. I see it's casting them now. I just tended to cast them manually so it wasn't apparent when the effects (mostly Deband) were being autocast. Thanks all the same though!

Yeah... so much to pick up, much of it with a deadline. I'm just glad I got the weekly and tier missions done before I found out they finished 9 hours ahead of dailies.

I still need to give skills a real look. In the few minutes I spent on it I saw that the guides out there use the JP names so I have to do a bit of icon-matching. Jet Boots Focus ("Jet Boots Gear" in guides) seems the most obvious no-brainer. Beyond that, I'm not sure which ones you're describing there but I'm sure I'll figure that out. For now I've just put the 3 points into Dexterity Up because I realised it's impossible to spend 75 points without doing that anyway.

I've also noticed the NPC Katori has a client order that gives +5 skill points, so it seems the limit isn't 75. Also good to know.

@Miraglyth Katori and Saga can give you a total of 14 extra Skill Points, meaning that a lv75 can have up to 89 Skill Points to spend.

The Skills @ERICK001BC mentioned are likely Elemental PP Restorate Field and Critical Field.

Also, if the guides are giving you a link tot he Skill Simulator for the Trees, there is an option in the Skill Sim to change the Skill names to " English (PSO2NA)" in the top right corner.

@AndrlCh Yep, I am currently working and don't have the game in front of me and try to limit my google searches sorry. shhhhhh

Also, The skill tree helper is a life saver. I wouldn't worry however, with the skill resets and with the extra levels coming much later you should have enough to max out what you need/want.

I read up on the source of extra points yeah. And future episodes are likely to give Bouncer a couple new skills to think about (but also skill reset passes us PC players haven't seen yet, so no need to think about it for now).

Thanks for naming those skills. It seems the guide doesn't put too much stock in what it calls "Stance Criticals". Meanwhile despite listing Elemental PP Restorate Field as a must-have, the NA Bo/Hu build at the end of the guide omits it entirely (although the same creator uses it with the increased skill points of JP).

It's all stuff to think about when I don't have all these event, mission and order deadlines to worry about.

I plan on being a

helium balloon specialist.

Whenever a class like that exists. : D

We always need those around. Good thing we have you. Thank you for your hard work. Also My balloon has been acting up, Can I bring it down for you to check it?

why don't you focus on tickets more? GMs

Started playing on PC by last week. My character's name is Tri-Edge, Fem. CAST, Hunter/Bouncer, lvl 52/39, Ship 3.

@GM-Deynger I'd recommend unstickying this because PC is already here. I'm sure people will find this thread somehow in search at some point and bring it back from the dead. It will help make the general discussion forum less sticky-happy.

Good point. 🙂
