As the title says, is there a Purchase History of what you have bought using SG? I had an unfathomably large chunk seem to up and disappear (800 or so), and I have no idea where the hell it could have went. My material storage doesn't expire yet. Only meseta items were considered bought in Fresh Finds shop. I don't use SG shop. Salon Pass is only 300 if I accidentally did that instead of using one of the ones I had (I'm 90% I didn't because I went back in and my morphs where were they were before messing around and exiting without spending star gems).

I just want to know where they disappeared to. q.q I was saving them.

did you ever find out? cause this happened to me and honestly I cant get motivated to play cause that was a shitload of sg I got FREE BY PLAYING and specifically didnt want to spend so the fact its gone and I cant find ANYTHING on any character that is bought with sg im pissed.

I would open up a support ticket and hopefully get a response from them. I can understand how frustrating that might be.

@diekthx Would you have happened to have received any response to your issue? The same thing had just occured to me this morning (2020/06/27) at roughly 7:56 AM (EDT). It seems that this has been happening to other people as well according to these threads (1: https://forum.pso2.com/topic/1768/missing-star-gems/5 2: https://forum.pso2.com/topic/5604/star-gems-missing-and-can-t-send-support-ticket/3 ) but I have not been able to find a thread where someone had a resolution to their issue.

Managed to find a reddit page ( https://www.reddit.com/r/PSO2/comments/hiecxm/star_gems_disappearing/ ) that is discussing this exact issue. I would recommend supporting that post as much as possible if you are having this issue, as well as submitting a ticket to customer support.

The long and short of it is that both AC and SG are set to expire 1 year after purchase in Japan to avoid taxation of both corporations and people due to weird laws that Japan has. If you buy any additional AC and SG, the timer resets. However, this does not apply to earned SG as it does not have value under those laws. Though this still doesn't explain why SG is disappearing from NA users - the game hasn't even been out for a year in NA yet.

Necro, but I just lost 700. Turns out the game just decided to give me a new collection sheet slot because i went to accept a new one without discarding the old. No warning or confirmation windows, it was just gone.
