Smh how do you reset the 2nd password, there is NO LINK, NO HELP ON THE PSO2 website, and no answer to HOW you can reset it from any PSO2 officials... smh I just want to reset a forgotten password, why can’t I just get an email???

Go to the support site (https://support.pso2.com/hc/en-us), click "Submit a request" in the top corner, then select "Item Shop Password Reset (2nd Password)" from the dropdown.
