When can phantasy star online 2 be added to xcloud streaming service? So many even without a xbox could enjoy the game then.

Bots already stream Xboxes to their PCs in some way or another. Or have modified Xbox Ones. Though more likely the former. I doubt it'll come anytime soon as a result.
