Anyone know where the Partisan PA "Rain Of Tears" drops for PSO2 NA?

Rain of Tears? The closest Partisan PA I can think of that I know is "Tear Grid". Would it happen to be the PA where you rapidly jab your partisan forward, before delivering a very powerful blow? While I want that PA, myself, I think it's only in content that has yet to show itself.
