So I have enough recycle badges to get the mag cell I've wanted for a while; but apparently they're not AC scratch items anymore. What's the rub? If this is a bug, will you be fixing it? If it's an unannounced changed, will you be compensating people?

I think its a bug, I presume they will fix it as a lot of Genuine People, who spent their hard earned cash to buy in game items, that liquidated their cheapest AC items into Recycling Badges to save storage space will be affected.
