Yup all the other colors are fine except sun it seems ; ;

I think I managed to see the right preview of the color when searching it in the personal shop without going to purchase it, like when you can just preview the prices.

some weapons match your costume colour i think not sure.

I use a wand (I am a summoner) and with my Miraseria: Sakura it is still pink which leads me to think its a bug

It is definitely a bug; that silver/grey color variant doesn't even exist on the JPN server. I think that may even be the "base" color of the file before the color data is applied.
