Punishmemt System for UQs

If, possible would it be reasonable to add a punishment system for those that leave UQs early since all it does is make it more difficult for those that stay, especially in the Mining Rig UQ.

Better yet, design every single UQ, and everything else, for solo, and then maybe scale them up for multiple players afterwards. "But then nobody would play together!" someone might say, and so i argue that if multiplayer only "works" when it's forced, then it shouldn't exist.

Also the boss of both of the UQs other than the Mining Defense one scales based on the number of players anyway, so unless pretty much everyone leaves you should still be able to kill it quickly.

Is that so? I suppose i'll test it next time one shows up.
