Do you have to create the party before going in or does it count just to have people join while in mission if they are still there when its completed?

I do need to do the group chat one tho.

I know for group chat you just need to create a chat with 2 more ppl and get the title but i think for the pirate hats you need to do at least 5 quests with 2 others

still need 2 ppl, if you can help let me know
