So bought a weapon off the player shop and tried to re sell it again and it won’t pop up to sell anyone know why? I do have access to re sell items btw also

If it's a high rarity item, then you get a confirmation dialogue when you buy it on the market stating that you have to lock the piece of equipment to your character, disallowing you to ever trade/give/sell it. This is to deter people from buying vast quantities of gear/etc. just to re-sell it.
