I have a No. 816 error. No idea why, last thing I remember doing before my suspension was getting premium. I made my ticket and everything and I then I wait. Most games I played were I have messaged support I get a response at most within a couple days to a week. This game however, I've yet to get an actual human response or information involving my suspension and how it triggered. I didn't get those stupid meseta scams, I didn't log in through a different location. Zendesk is worthless for this game and it's support team is basically non existent. Issues resolve slower than my the fading of my interest in playing this game. I'm current paying for premium I can't use and all my friends are enjoying new content. Zendesk is garbage sorry for my negativity I'm frustrated
