[NGS] Technique and Photon Art Leveling

  • Skills level with use.
  • Each level gives a point to spec into a skill tree.
  • A dedicated skill vendor to purchase and spec skills.
  • Techniques and Photon Arts skill points are easier to respec.

Class skill trees would be limited to class skills, weapon attacks and combos, and weapon actions. Technique and Photon Art skill trees can have nodes that interact with different class skills.

1 level is more than enough. Otherwise you might as well just copy builds from some guide to avoid having paying for respec tickets. I mean, those fools made weapon specific skills, again, just to limit you for no reason. So flipping stupid.

I don't have a problem with weapon specific skills, I just noticed that all the skills were listed as level 1 and they’re probably going to have a system for leveling them.

I also like nerding it up with skill trees. I play alot of PoE and Last Epoch going into NGS, I haven't played any base PSO2.
