Unable to contact for personal shop pin reset.

Everytime I submit a ticket it says this is the wrong account. So I connected to steam and logged in through steam. It wants me to opt in. So I choose the email that's tied to my account. I get a log in loop. So I think ok, submit a ticket explaining that I'm having issues and the system won't let me login to my account. "You're not logged into the correct account we can't help you." Duh that's my issue..if you'd read the tickets.
