NGS how to speed up the development

NGS needs team working on its story lore

another team on its missions

another team on the expansion of halpaha and other zones

another team on its questing

another team on its rewards

another team on its monster designs and boss monsters

another team on its cosmetics

another team on its pvp modes

that would speed up ngs development

"More teams" doesn't necessarily make development faster. Sega already has laid out their plans for the year and are likely going to execute just that before they start working on further developments.

Even if they did get the "teams" you desire it's not like you'll be seeing any sort of content "rollout" like what the global version got which was spoonfeeding months-and-years' worth of updates into biweekly updates. You will have to sit down and accept that this is how Phantasy Star Online 2 was in Japan as well for its speeds where you will be waiting months or potentially a year or two to see the sort of content you're asking for in your list.

@VanillaLucia lets not make it 10 years like base ps02

Nintendo, hire this man.

Yes because it's just that easy.

Amirite guys.

That's why it takes the WoW team 4-6 months to release content despite their huge development team! /s

Please don't be this naive. You're only going to be made fun of.

If the teams have bad communication with each other it would most likely end up making the process far slower as there can be conflicts between their work and then the teams would need to find a way to fix each and every conflict.

Yeah man, it's that easy, didn't you know that? You just click a button to produce more developer units and assign them to different hotkey functions. Sega just needs to learn to up their APM is all. Game development is basically just like RTS', right? All you need to do is just get more resources, and produce more developers from your College Barracks.

Easy mode.

I remember an intern saying something similar. We had an internship open up the next day but mysteriously was down the original intern... it still eludes us today where they went. Maybe promotion for a groundbreaking concept. Though their name didn't appear in seasons 2 through 7 credits... mysterious.
