Submit a Ticket. Has anyone had success with it?

Hello, I've been sitting on a support request for a couple days now. I got the email saying Request Received. But i'm unsure on how they respond to a ticket through email or through mail in the game itself. Has anyone successfully gotten a ticket resolved? And if so, how long did it take for them to respond? How did they respond? Thanks for responding.

they normally just fix the problem and send an email
