I bought the Sonic team founder pack but I guess my inventory was partially full when I retrieved it, now I'm missing some items, the Sonic costume its self for sure, I can't find it anywhere I checked all my storages many times over
As far as I know, you redeem them from the Visiphone under Campaign items. Once redeemed, they will go into your inventory. If inventory is full, they are sent to furniture storage.
It shouldn't be. I will check.

The EN-US bit in the URL/Address tells you it's for the USA. So no, it's not a location issue if you're in the USA.
