Where the content sega?

Remember I said it.........your four star gear is going to be so relevant in future content. All of you who aren’t upgrading your four star gear now are going to regret it later. All of you that aren’t grinding for Mastery III are going to regret it. You guys are going to be crying harder than you are now and try to blame Sega for your own incompetence.

@Rain-Gnyu

Or you will be crying because 5 Star gear will drop and Mastery 3 is much better to farm then it is now and you pretty much just wasted time and Meseta. So yeah while you waste your stuff i keep it so i can upgrade the new gear right away.

I agree with this but... just with the upcoming Mining equipment, which people know the potential already. It just makes other stuff not worthy. And quite possibly, that new line might be useful still while 5* equip pops up.

@Rain-Gnyu what you base it on? The fact that any new level cap bring new weapons? When we get the new 25 levels 4* be a thing of the past.and if not gods like you will just carry me and noobs like me.

Oh that's classic. "Too bad so sad" because he's having fun. I didn't know SEGA made NGS just for you.

@Rain-Gnyu I wouldn't go that far, sounds a bit like sarcasm as I'm not sure if you really mean that.

The gear is only one small piece of the puzzle, and whilst you are happy with the current 4★ setup, as somebody who's been playing since 2012 I can assure you that this gear will not be relevant in the future, otherwise we'd still be seeing players with Elder Rifle's or Extreme Quest weapons, even Zanba's, none of which are even glanced at any more.

I very much doubt Mastery III will be that difficult to acquire in the future, it's not particularly difficult to acquire even now and it would make more sense to hold onto those materials for Winter update, especially since none of the content right now demands anything close to a min-max output.

Regardless, it's good that you're enjoying what's on offer gear wise, but how do you feel about the game content wise in terms of story, areas to explore, NPC's to talk to and so on?

Speaking of missing content, where is Teresa hair but without the 6.3 billion price tag?

Probably on JP where they apparently have reasonable market prices.

92 pages? Huh.

Maybe there will be some sort of response after 100 and SEGA will-

Pffffffffffft I can't even bring myself to finish typing that.

At this point the thread is long enough to have caught their attention, whether or not they'll address fans concerns are the real question.

Remember, these are the folks that have removed various free to play aspects which even benefited paying players, not even making them Premium only but removing them flat out, they've gone down a very SG Scratch heavy route and they're tripling down on the Scratches in general to incentivise more spending, not forgetting they want us to pay real money for the in-game Casino now.

The level of greed is absurd and it isn't even being hidden, it's out in the open and they're flaunting it without a care.

SEGA want you to dress up your character and take screenshots which you post on Twitter to act as free advertising for the game, the content comes second, their dedication to the fans doesn't even come last, it's not even there.

I went back to check the date of the OP and it's still as freshly relevant til this day.

Apparently searching for the cats to post a pic with them is the true meaning of PSO2:NGS content, indeed.

The 18 cats which was 20 during the event.

They always added something new to the Mix and I know they have Noticed the power creep issues that has been talked about on most MMos. I believe they moving away from that aspect of the game ........I could be wrong? Hope not and still preparing for worst case scenario.

Phantasy star online is dead thanks to it transitioning into gacha anime garbage. Well...I guess you can't kill something that has never lived. Shame since this franchise has so much potential, especially given how influential PSO1 was to so many franchises that are thriving.
